I went to buy their black thorn for the 3rd time. The quality is good esp the old tree. I ask them to open on spot and pack in the box. The staff saw there's 1 seed not good immediately told me and open another BT to replace the seed. Overall the staff there friendly.

This is what I got from 3 pieces of black gold durians for 25 each, the staff offer 70 dollars in total. Meat was watery and I would say quality is below average. You can make your own judgement, but I won’t buy from there again.

Don't believe the 5* reviews, some might be fake, as this store gives people discount in return for a "Great Review"(their words, not mine), which is against Google's policy. Proof in the picture. The durian I bought from them in the pack was below expectations for a Mao Shan Wang, it's probably still a Mao Shan Wang, but the quality is quite bad for the price. The seller was OK, but I'm not coming back here.

My go-to place for Durians, been going here with family and friends for as long as I can remember. Whether it is dine-in, takeaway or order online - can always be assured that their durians are always top quality. Staff are always friendly and joking around with customers and they offer great service. Will help you to choose good durians. Will let you know if the durian is not good and swap for better ones. Even if you already fully open and it turns out to be tasteless they will swap to another better one. Dining-in always have extra perks, if you are friendly and nice they'll give you great service.

Really a decent place for durians at night! I have visited Durian 36 for a couple of times and the guys here are friendly and honest. When you dine in, they will open the durian in front of you until you are satisfied with the one you want. There are times where they will tell us this won’t taste good and put it in a separate basket after opening the durian. I bought the black torn and it tasted really good. A bit ex at $32 per kg and the one in the picture cost $60. I do recommend here if you are at Geylang for durian :)

Great experience eating durian "by the roadside", so to speak. My ranking: Best: Black Gold (Bitter and light) Good: Musang King (Creamy, sweet and thick flesh) Not value for money: Black Thorn (maybe it wasn't from a good tree. Quite bland). They provide gloves but I urge you to eat with your bare fingers! Durian will taste better, I promise you. Furthermore you can walk into the shoplot and there are 2 basins for handwashing.

Wifey wanted durian although it’s during off-season, when durian is more pricey. One of the rare shops with durian during this season. Regardless, the one they gave us is delicious and well-shaped. Symmetrical and plentiful meat. Will come again!
